High School Sailing Practices

All sailors are expected to rig (set up) and derig (take down) boats for practice. Sailing teams focus on team racing, strategic and tactical training, and physical fitness. Drills performed at practice will foster experience to properly prepare a sailor for regattas. Many practices will include mini-races to offer sailors opportunity to try, fail and ultimately succeed at racing.

Spring season: April 4 – May 11, 2017.
Fall season: Aug. 24 – Oct. 26, 2017.
Practices are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM.

Summer Intensives
